I am a licensed Educational Psychologist and Senior Certified AD/HD Coach specializing in ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities and behavior disorders. I coach adults, children, teens, and parents, utilizing a cognitive behavioral approach to remediate executive function deficits in self-regulation.

I am a pioneer of ADD Coaching in Israel and have been at the forefront of developing executive function coaching as an alternative to therapy specifically for individuals with challenges in planning and self – control. I have trained over 500 ADHD coaches through her course offerings at Israeli universities.

I was introduced to the field by the founder of ADHD coaching, Nancy Ratey, in 1996. Prior to that, I worked as a school psychologist in mental health centers in Fort Walton Beach, Sacramento, and Phoenix. I moved to Israel in 1979 and worked in the School Psychological Services for 25 years. Currently, I have a private practice and teach executive function coaching in the Department of Continuing Education of Bar Ilan University.

I support individuals who would like to improve their executive functioning – the ability to focus on tasks and achieve goals without being distracted.  At the core of my model, מוח אית”ן, is the concept of neuroplasticity. We can strengthen our brain and reduce stress with self-coaching strategies in the following areas:

  • Planning
  • Prioritizing
  • Creating routines
  • Overcoming procrastination
  • Regulating emotions and impulsivity
  • Communicating assertively
  • Managing addictions
  • Sustaining motivation and effort
